Terms of Purchase
1. All collectibles offered are original and exclusive, and every order is subject to confirmation upon full payment.
جميع المجسمات أصلية وحصرية، ويخضع كل طلب للتأكيد بعد إتمام الدفع الكامل
2. Prices are final and non-negotiable. They include applicable taxes (if any) but do not include shipping or customs duties.
• Economy Shipping: ranges between USD 80 – 130.
• Express Shipping: cost will be determined once the collectible is officially received, and the customer will be contacted via email to confirm the shipping method.

3. The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. The website holds no liability for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
العميل مسؤول عن توفير بيانات صحيحة للشحن؛ ولا يتحمل الموقع أي التزامات في حال تقديم بيانات خاطئة أو غير مكتملة
4. Pre-Orders are strictly final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. If the customer cancels the order, the deposit will not be returned.
الطلبات الخاصة بالمجسمات الطلبات المسبقة (Pre-Order) تعتبر نهائية وغير قابلة للإلغاء أو الاسترجاع و العربون غير مسترجع في حال الغاء الزبون لن يتم استرجاع العربون
5. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional government charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
أي رسوم أو التزامات جمركية تقع بالكامل على عاتق العميل
6. The website reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of the Terms of Purchase.
يحق للموقع إلغاء أي طلب في حال الاشتباه في استخدام غير مشروع أو مخالف لشروط الشراء
PRE-ORDER ITEMS SPECIAL TERMS
Products that are preorders can be paid deposit. For partial deposits you will be charged the deposit amount shown in the items pages , when the item(s) are available and the order is ready to be shipped we will contact by email with an invoice that will allow you to pay the remaining amount - we allow up to 14 days to pay the remaining balance of a preorder + Shipping cost if the customer choose either way Economy or Express shipping .
Preorders that are paid fully will be shipped immediately after the item(s) on the order arrive to us.
Orders that have preorders with different release dates or with items that are currently in stock will be shipped separately as and when they are available.
Please note that preorder delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to manufacturer or shipping delays. Cancellations on preorder products are not permitted due to changing estimated dates unless there are excessive delays (2+ years) from the original ETA (confirmed on the order confirmation email sent after the order is placed).
